Get Out of Town! Day Trip – Clapham in the Yorkshire Dales, 3rd April

Would you like to join us on a day trip to the very pretty village of Clapham in the Yorkshire Dales this Easter?

We love going to Clapham, there are a couple of shops and a great children’s playground with a fabulous café nearby. When we have been before the children make a beeline for the playground giving the parents the opportunity to chat and relax, knowing their children are in a safe environment. Some of us might go on a lovely walk along a wide accessible stone path from the village, which has information points along the way explaining about the wildlife and history of the area. It’s not too challenging, but it’s completely different to anything you’d find in Leeds and we can feel like we’re in a different world.

The next day trip is on Wednesday 3rd April in the school holidays. Departure 9.30am from Unity Head Office (113-117 Chapeltown Road, LS7 3HY) we will return by 5.30pm.

The cost is £5.00 per person and that includes travel, buffet lunch and entrance into the nature trail at Clapham.

As one happy parent told us after a summer day trip to Malham… “Wow what can I say? My child and I booked onto this coach trip Summer 2023 for a highly subsidised £5 per seat. Armed with our walking boots, our pack lunches and swimsuits.

The walk was incredible albeit gently challenging, visually stunning and serene. We dipped in the water surrounding the main waterfalls and had a wonderful time. The magical memories created that day were some highlights of our 2023 year. We are very excited to attend the upcoming coach trips. Thank You.
