The SWIFT Service

The SWIFt Service in Leeds supports wellbeing and independence for people aged 50+ living with frailty or who have complex health issues and who are at risk of being socially isolated. At Feel Good Factor our SWIFt Wellbeing Co-ordinator Beverley Lock works with people living in the Chapeltown area who are at risk of becoming increasingly isolated, disconnected from their community and are in need of some support. Leeds Hearing and sight Loss Service

Supporting Leeds residents from 16 years old who are deaf, hard of hearing, sight impaired, severely sight impaired or deafblind. Read more here.

Manbassadors

Sharing our ground breaking project, Manbassadors, which reached out to isolated men to support their mental health with a simple intervention of bite size support on a very local level to tackle high rates of male suicide in Leeds 9 and other areas across the city. Read more here.
