I joined the Feel Good Factor team in June 2023 as a Wellbeing Coordinator.
This service aims to identify and connect people to activities, groups, and appropriate support in order to reduce social isolation and enhance emotional and physical health and wellbeing.
I’m currently on my way to finishing a Masters in Cognitive Development and Disorders after completing an undergraduate degree in Psychology with Cognitive Neuroscience in 2022. I have experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism and volunteered as a telephone befriender during COVID and a mental health researcher, with a focus on men’s mental health.
I’m passionate about making a positive difference to people’s lives and working together to best support their needs.
