More about Beverley....

I am the SWIFt Wellbeing Co-ordinator for Feel Good Factor. The SWIFt project (Supporting Wellbeing and Independence for Frailty) has been running city wide for the past 2 years. My role will be to support people 50+ living with frailty with complex health issues who are often socially isolated. The area that I will cover will be the Chapeltown area and I will work on a referral basis. I will work together with people to develop a plan of action to help them to improve their health and well-being.

I have worked for many years supporting families from diverse backgrounds. I have supported families on a 1-1 basis, to access groups and courses. Dealing with issues such as housing concerns, money management, domestic abuse, isolation, child protection, behaviour management, health concerns, mental health and learning disabilities.

I am looking forward to working in the community that I grew up in and helping people 50+ that are living with frailty.
