We are looking for energetic and highly motivated individuals to fill the following positions:

HEALTH & WELLBEING COACHES (x 2 posts)

1 x 35 hours per week
1 x 17.5 hours per week (35 hpw FTE)

Salary £24,450 per annum pro rata.   Funded to 31 March 2024.

Working in partnership with Chapeltown Primary Care Network (PCN) we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join the team and support people to take pro-active steps to improve their physical and mental health based on what matters to them. As a member of the team you will make a real difference to the lives of others.

You will be working across locations in Chapeltown with access to Feel Good Factor’s offices.
