I joined Feel Good Factor in April 2016 as a Wellbeing Co-Ordinator ‘social prescribing’ which is a non-medical, community-based intervention that offers people the opportunity to improve and enhance their day to day lives by accessing support in their local community. Then in June 2021 I was appointed Team Leader at Feel Good Factor, my role here is to develop, manage and co-ordinate a number of community wellbeing projects and associated staff and to unsure successful delivery of all designated projects outputs and outcomes as per funder/contractor/clients’ requirements.
I have over 24 years of experience working with vulnerable adults from all walks of life from diverse communities and have worked on a number of projects in Community and Custody. I understand the crucial role of working in partnership and have always sought to establish effective communication and working relationship with other agencies.
