I joined the Feel Good Factor team in May 2022 as a Wellbeing Co-ordinator.

This service aims to identify and connect people to activities, groups and appropriate support in order to reduce social isolation and to enhance emotional and physical health and wellbeing.

I have over 4 years’ experience working in Mental Health, initially starting with running wellbeing group sessions, and providing 1:1 Mental Health support.

I am very passionate about helping others reach out for help and support around mental health and making a difference in people’s lives.
