I am currently working as a Social Prescribing Link Worker covering the Chapeltown Primary Care Network. I joined the Feel Good Factor team in March 2022. My experience is within the Adult Nursing field, working within primary and secondary care settings.

My role as a Link Worker involves working with people under the care of Chapeltown Primary Care Network who need additional support to manage their long term health conditions. Working holistically with people to support them to manage their health and engage in services, to improve their independence, to reduce isolation and to improve and maintain their physical and mental well-being.
