More about Hannah...

I am thrilled to have joined Feel Good Factor as a Wellbeing Coordinator in February 2025.

As part of the Linking Leeds social prescribing service, I support individuals in identifying their needs, exploring local resources, and overcoming barriers to accessing support. Through a person-centred approach, I aim to empower people to take proactive steps toward improving their wellbeing and achieving their personal goals.

Before joining Feel Good Factor, I worked and volunteered across various public and third-sector organisations, including as an English Language Teacher in Madrid, a Youth Development Lead at The King’s Trust, a Crisis Volunteer for Shout, and a Research Champion for MindWell, where I continue to volunteer. These experiences have strengthened my active listening skills, empathetic approach, and commitment to empowering others to live fulfilling lives.

Connecting with and supporting people has always been at the heart of my work, and I am especially excited about the opportunity to focus on mental health and wellbeing—areas I am deeply passionate about.
