How to Thrive in 2025 is a new Coaching Workshop at Feel Good Factor, and we’re looking for participants.

This two-hour workshop on Tuesday 18 March 2025 11am – 1pm will focus on how coaching can enable you to improve key aspects of your life, health, employment, relationships and finances. Using a variety of coaching tools, this session will give you the skills to become more proactive and less reactive, thereby taking greater charge of your life. Download a leaflet here.

The workshop will cover:
How to take stock of your life
The importance of determining your values
Setting effective goals to achieve better outcomes in life and wellbeing
How to develop self-belief and self-confidence
How to break negative habits
How to develop positive habits

The workshop on Tuesday 18th March 11am – 1pm will be held at Feel Good Factor, 53 Louis Street, LS7 4BP, the cost is £10, including lunch. Please register your place by calling Soo on 07702 869453 or email soo@fgfleeds.org.

This workshop will be delivered by life coach John Sephula who says…

“I qualified as a coach in 2006 and completed an MA at the University of Leeds in Race & Ethnicity Studies in 2008. My dissertation explored whether coaching and mentoring can benefit the BAME community in corporate settings. I am also a fully qualified Energy Healer and currently offer healing to individuals from various backgrounds face to face and via zoom. Also qualified in Neuro Linguistic Programming which enables individuals to achieve better results, faster and I am trained in hypnotherapy. I am also a fully qualified teacher and CIPD trainer.

I’ve delivered life and wellness coaching workshops to staff in the work place, colleges, community groups, JCP and churches. I also provide 1to 1 coaching sessions to assist individuals with a wide range of health and lifestyle issues, including anxiety, stress management, problem solving, confidence building, belief change and phobias.”
