I joined Feel Good Factor as a Wellbeing Coordinator in March 2025. Part of the Linking Leeds social prescribing service, my role supports individuals to identifying their needs, exploring local resources, and overcoming barriers to accessing support. I am part of a targeted team within the service who promote social prescribing to groups who might be less likely to self-refer.

Before joining Feel Good Factor, I worked alongside unpaid carers, first as the young carer worker in Australia’s Northern Territory, then in Dundee, Scotland providing training and development to carers and the workforce who support them. I’ve done various roles in the third sector, all focused on supporting individuals and communities to discover their strengths and make positive change.
