City Unlocked 5 – Food

A reminder that food can be grown anywhere, from a windowsill indoors to an allotment outside. As well as promoting some local healthy food schemes, this edition features an article from Rainbow Junktion, highlighting the current situation with foodbanks with a special nod to all the volunteers who are so key to building up and sustaining the amazing community spirit that has been seen all over Leeds and been one of the great positives from this very strange period.

Tales of Lockdown is a wonderful uplifting story of a local man who has taken to repairing guitars to bring joy into people’s lives.
