Leeds Dads Whatsapp Group
Over 100 dads sharing ideas and chatting about their day. Several have already expressed anxiety issues and they are happy to welcome them. Includes the Leeds Dads World Famous Sunday Night Quiz! Simply email email@example.com to join the WhatsApp group.

‘This is me’ Group - art , conversation and self-help. For women aged 16-24. Tuesdays 2-3pm.
Music / Social Group - Learn about music and play music related games. Tuesdays 1-2pm. All welcome.
Men’s Group - Catch up, chat and play games. For men aged 30-60. Wednesdays 3pm.

Other Broader Anxiety Support:

Therapy for You run online therapy video therapy courses which are used by the NHS. This includes CBT- based video courses designed to improve mental health. https://www.therapyforyou.co.uk/
The Drighlington Health Hub are running free online group counselling. The sessions are for 90 minutes, and will run for 10 sessions. To take part in the sessions clients would need to have internet access and download Zoom (https://zoom.us/). To access the groups complete the online enquiry form found https://drighlingtonhealthhub.co.uk/contact-us. The initial group timetable is Mondays 10.00am till 11:30 am, Wednesdays 7pm till 8 30pm and Thursdays 7pm till 8:30pm. More online here.
