We’ve our usual round of regular groups and activities including the Feel Good Social Club, meeting weekly on a Saturday morning, Busy Fingers knitting for beginners and the more experienced on Thursday afternoons, we’re even starting a new ReggaeCise – weekly on a Wednesday and we really like the sound of that – our Men’s Club for ages 50 and under continues to get together on Tuesday afternoons, anyone with green fingers (or would like them) is welcome to get stuck in to our Gardening Group on Wednesday mornings, and you can grow your skills and experience with new technology in the very relaxed surroundings of our Modern Living sessions for all ages on Tuesday mornings.

We’ve also got some smashing activities for the over 60s living with or caring for someone with long term health conditions, as part of our Healthy Lives, Healthy Homes project including singing, peer coaching, aromatherapy and much more.
