Tracey and AS signing2We will be setting up activities for deaf, hard of hearing, sight impaired, severely sight impaired and deafblind adults very soon.

Tracey (seen on the left in the photo) is our Sensory Impairment development worker for BME communities and wants to hear from you for ideas. See our video presentation here.

She is working in close partnership with BID (Lead partner), Association of Blind Asians and Age UK which makes up the Leeds Hearing and Sightloss Service. Her work will include outreach, community development, supporting the development of social networks, peer support groups and referring people to suitable services to help reduce social isolation and improve health and wellbeing for Sensory Impaired BME people.
