Mental Wellbeing

This project takes responsibility of producing quarterly newsletters. We use this tool as our motiv8 project runs for 6 weeks with sessions including:

Groups have the opportunity for these taster sessions and are given information about services they can access in the community. These workshops are interactive and allow you to enjoy blending oils and seeing the benefits of their use in everyday life, looking at pressure points in the body and how to relax. Other sessions focus on how small changes can effectively improve physical and mental wellbeing, but can also bring about changes to your life.

We are currently looking at setting up accredited training courses within Feel Good Factor in order to educate the community around community development, volunteering and building confidence. Our aim is to prepare individuals with the skills and experience to develop and further increase opportunities in employment, further education and building on their chosen career paths.
