Physical activity is a big part of feeling good, we run dedicated exercise sessions locally, and we like to introduce some gentle exercise into our other activities like our Men’s Club and Social Group which meet weekly. We also have a range of dementia friendly low impact classes as part of Healthy Lives, Healthy Homes.

We’re always on the look out for the latest ideas in health and fitness in a warm and friendly environment. Beginners are welcome.

We also sometimes run family focused fitness sessions are a great way for the whole family to enjoy getting fit together.

We all need to take a bit of time out and do something that will benefit our health and these classes are a fun way of doing it. You get to meet lots of people, make new friends and have a laugh. Our instructors are excellent  and happy to answer any questions relating to exercise. In addition to this service users are able to feedback on sessions, find out more about what is going on in the community and lots more.

Join us for Pilates every Wednesday, 5.15pm – 6.15pm. A sociable exercise class, great for strengthening and toning with a focus your core and for increasing your flexibility.

Music and Fitness
From Wednesday 31 July for six weeks until 4 August join us to exercise to all music,  at 5.30-6.30pm at St Aidan’s Church Hall, Elford Place West, LS8 5QD.  £2 per session. Call Damian for more information on 0113 350 4200.
