Our cookery courses are all about eating well – making the most of seasonal food, from nourishing and comforting winter stews, to delicious summer fruit smoothies and salads; sharing recipes and tips, and family sessions too with healthy eating at the heart of it all. Suitable for all, we usually make a variety of recipes and discuss what makes a healthy diet and good nutrition so you can feel great from the inside out!
Where possible sessions are free and that includes ingredients and equipment – and it’s worth bringing your tupperware or plastic cartons so you can take things home.
